I came to America from Russia with a
suitcase of hope and the belief that
success meant ownership. I didn’t
know anyone but my husband.
I didn’t speak the language.
But I was determined to belong, to grow,
and to thrive.
I learned English, enrolled in school, and
earned my Master’s degree in Business
from Canisius College, NY. These
achievements weren’t just academic
milestones, they were part of reclaiming
my voice and anchoring myself in a new culture.
But I had a big vision to experience
the dream I had heard in so many
immigrant success stories.
Own a business.
Be your own boss.
Build wealth.
My husband and I ran an international
coffee and donut franchise for 10 years.
On paper, it looked like success.
But inside?
I was burnt out. Exhausted. Misaligned.
Ambitious, but disconnected from joy.
Surrounded by people, but alone in
my purpose.
No one talks about the emotional bankruptcy that can
come from chasing an external dream that
doesn't align with your heart.
I had the outer structure, but I was over-leveraged
emotionally, energetically, spiritually, and physically.
I pushed. I proved. I produced.
But nothing filled the void inside.
My nervous system was in constant overdrive.
My health declined.
My joy dried up.
This was my first real wealth audit
and the numbers didn’t lie.
I found yoga. At first, yoga was just
another item on my to-do list.
I moved through the poses with my
mind still racing, and I skipped
Shavasana because I had no time
to rest.
Rest felt unsafe.
Stillness felt unproductive.
Doing was my identity.
But eventually, I slowed down enough
to hear my body whisper…
“There’s another way to live.”
I listened.
I began rebuilding, not my business,
but my relationship with myself.I became a private yoga instructor.
Launched a mobile studio.
Opened a boutique wellness space for
other ambitious but stressed women.
I stopped trying to outperform my pain
and suppressing my emotions.
I began to learn:
The body is the CEO
The nervous system is the currency of safety
Love is the compass of true success
This was the beginning of my conscious creation.
I am meant to lead my vision for life instead of react.
For all of us, the path is spiral.
My biggest shift came when I realized that I am not separate from Source. I am Source manifested through me. I am the source of love, abundance, freedom and possibilities.
I also realized:
Wealth isn’t built through hustle—
it’s built through alignment, embodiment, and emotional sovereignty.
I stopped investing in fear and started investing in love, connection and safety.
I stopped chasing validation and started building internal assets like love, rest, trust and connection to Source.
Instead of chasing love through validation and abundance through doing more, I started tuning into love and abundance that was already present for me.
I work with ambitious, heart-led women who
are tired of chasing strategies that don’t stick.
