Hey, Ambitious!

When was the last time you truly allowed

When I was stuck in a survival mode
Between overwhelm and shut down,
Feeling Joy felt “unsafe”!

I remember those moments when I was
Supposed to laugh but my face and body didn’t
“Know” how! It felt tense and that felt

I felt jealous of the people could easily
Burst into laughter!

I thought something was wrong with me!

Response and my cultural upbringing (Russia)

For joy!
