Do you often feel anxious and worry that something bad is going to happen?

I was in that state of mind for many years. I feel you!

Check in with your thoughts.
Do you have a tendency to use your mind to "predict" the future but only negative possibilities?

Notice if you feel anxious when you think that something bad is going to happen?
When was the last time that your prediction worked?

Since you are using your mind to imagine your future, why not to imagine that something good is going to happen.

Either way, you have a 50/50 chance of either one happening.
You can choose how you want to feel

- Anxious or - Excited?

Try to "play" with a thought: "It is working!" for a week.

Start noticing what is working already in your life!

Try to simply add "ALWAYS" working and notice how it is always working!

Our thoughts help us re-direct our focus and attention.

And...... Where our focus and attention goes, grows!!!!

Where are you directing your attention? What are you growing?

My personal favorite is: "It is working even better than I ever expected."

It has helped so much during my most challenging time when I had to take care of my Mom at our home.

There was so much evidence. It helped me show up how I intended to show up for her during that time.

Our mind is brilliant. It will search for the evidence to support our thoughts.

It is more fun to create what you want while feeling excited about it.
