THIS TIME, IT IS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT!😃😃

IS IT REALLY?❓❓❓

Many of my female clients over 40 are setting their fitness and wellness goals. Are you? If your goal is related to fitness and wellness, can you commit to one year? 😀

  • Not to a 30 day shred?
  • Not an 8-week weight loss?
  • Not a 12-week body pump?

Does one year sound scary to you?

DO YOU WANT IT NOW?

Perhaps, better questions to ask are:

  • Why is prioritizing short-term is more important to you than long-term?
  • Whom are you making happy with short-term results over long-term results?
  • Is long-term worth your efforts?

Creating a one-year commitment requires you to change - your thoughts, skills, actions, habits and behaviors!

  • "I do not have time!" = "I prioritize my schedule!"
  • "I feel overwhelmed!" = "I am capable of creating small steps
  • "I do not like to cook!" = "I am resourceful in how I fuel my body!"

Yes, ONE YEAR commitment = LIFE STYLE as YOU ARE BECOMING who you've always wanted to be - FIT AND HEALTHY WOMAN ENJOYING HER LIFE PRIORITIZING HER LIFE STYLE!

If you are currently doing an 8-week protocol ask yourself:

"Do I want to live my life like that one year from now?"

One of my coaches likes to say: "Start with an end in mind!"

Let's try that for a minute.

Close your eyes and imagine "What does your future self will feel, think, look and act like one year from now?"
