Monday, July 29th 8-8:30am via zoom.

We will be exploring 7 chakras - energy centers within the body.
You will get the most benefit if you attend all 7 sessions since
each session is devoted to one of the 7 chakras that will be exploring.

However, you are welcome to join when you can.

Our 30 minute flow will include:
Breathwork, movement, meditation and intention setting.

Each practice is led by Jewels - your mind & body guide.
