Here is a REAL STORY of one of my clients - female entrepreneur:

You want to make more money in your business!

You set a goal of doubling your income!

You take action!

And, then, it does not work out.

What do you do?

You take more actions that lead you to burning out and hating what you do.

You are feeling disappointed about yourself and your clients.

You are asking yourself: “What’s wrong with me?”

or “Am I asking for too much?”

You feel unmotivated and consider quitting because after all you

REALLY BELIEVE that

BIG MONEY = BIG PROBLEMS

= too much work and not being present with your family

One of your values is family.

This is your underlying belief that is unconsciously sabotaging your success.

This is a true story of one of my clients who just completed coaching with me.

My client is ambitious, goal-oriented, determined and accomplished with many years of experience in her business. She was very close to getting to her BIG MONEY goal.

She could “smell” it. It was that close.

When we dug deeper, her underlying and unconscious belief was running the show.

It all linked to her parents and how her Dad was working hard making big money but he was never at home. Her younger self saw it as big money = big problems that could affect her family.

FAMILY was one of her 5 main values as we discovered.

Her belief, her value, her goal and who she was BEing were not in alignment.

This is the power of our subconscious mind. It is designed to help us create meanings in life and protect us from, in this case, BIG PROBLEMS such as not being present for her family.

That is one reason that her positive affirmations that she created were not really helping her because subconsciously she was programmed for

BIG MONEY = BIG PROBLEMS!

Our subconscious mind is a PROVER!

She subconsciously "co-created" a sequence of events in the way to "protect" herself from going after her big goal - doubling her income. We always co-create but you get to choose -

co-creating unconsciously or co-creating consciously.

Also, her only strategy at that time was working hard and she did, which essentially caused her to burn out and to slow down in her pursuits.

When I met with her, she felt like a failure. She had no energy to fuel any more actions. She was emotionally and physically exhausted, which prompted her to spend more time at home.

At the same time, she was not ready to quit. She was still inspired by a possibility of impacting many women and creating her ultimate career success that she's been motivated by for 20 years.

We all have our money stories and beliefs.

A lot of these stories come with feeling shameful and guilty for wanting more money.

Feeling shameful and guilty is a reflection of your subconscious beliefs. We will spend a lot of time uncovering these beliefs and releasing shame and guilt around money through some embodiment practices.
