PAIN HAS A PURPSOE!

PAIN HAS A PURPSE!
One of my greatest coaches, Peter Crone said:
Life will present you with people
and circumstances to reveal
where you're not free.”
Navigating through
(vs resisting) pain leads to freedom!
Pain is a part of life.
But, suffering is optional!
Freedom is available as we learn
To navigate through pain.
NAVIGATING THROUGH IS POWERFUL
Navigating through while accepting and loving
Yourself and what is (the present moment) is
liberating!
What creates suffering is
Our “fixing” the painful moments
Of life so that we could feel better.
However, it creates a lot of resistance
And what resists persists and leads to
Suffering.
A desire to feel good is a normal
Human desire
But when we start “fixing” what is, we are
Postponing our experience - feeling the pain.
We easily get in the action doing because
We are led to believe that “removing” the
Current circumstance is what is going to make
Us feel better.
“You find peace not by rearranging the
circumstances of your life, but by realizing
who you are at the deepest level.”
― Eckhart Tolle
Pain is inevitable!
There is no amount of action that “fix”
Death just because it is inevitable.
Knowing that your last breath does not belong
To you can be painful or it can be liberating.
The difference is your perspective about it.
The difference is your choice of suffering
Or liberating and growing through
Feeling and experiencing the pain.
I wanted to “fix” my pain as if something were wrong.
I was resisting to experience the inevitable, which
Was a transition of my Mom’s physical body.
But my coach introduced me to the word and the process
Of NAVIGATING THROUGH PAIN, not fixing it
And not solving it but using my
Personal power (vs circumstantial power) of creating
My experience of what was already happening
in the present moment.
My conditioned self wanted to blame, shame and guilt
Me at every possible moment. Only because that part of me
Was scared. She was scared to feel and face what was already
Happening. That part of me was hurt.
Creating a relationship with a part of me that was hurt was
My responsibility.
Fear is normal.
Learning to accept my fearful self is a lesson.
Learning how to shift my fear to faith and to love
Was another big lesson.
Pain has a purpose!
The purpose for my pain was experiencing
All the emotions with love and compassion for myself,
My Mom and the Creator.
Accepting myself and my human experience
At all levels of grieving it has been liberating.
No pretending, controlling or perfecting mattered but
Accepting, loving, and being open for my heart to
Experience all the feels with Love that was available
To me at that time.
My love for myself, life, Mom and the Creator has
Expanded. It is stronger than ever before.
I am more accepting! I continue learning
To navigate through the duality of life.
Pain is here to teach us that we are humans
And we are designed and equipped to FEEL
ALL THE EMOTIONS.
When we remove judgements and blame, we
Learn to embrace our vulnerability - FEEL IT ALL
We become extraordinary humans.
We experience life to its fullest because
What is life?
Life is a feeling!
How do you know that you are alive?
Because you FEEL - YOU FEEL IT ALL:
Low, high
Up, down
And in between
With love and compassion for yourself,
For your experience and for the Creator.
Navigating through the waves of emotions of
Sadness, guilt, frustration, grief as I was releasing
Them through my tears and bottomless grief allowed
Me to be present for myself, people around me, for
The memory of my Mom experiencing a lot of gratitude.
To the Higher Creator for guiding me on the path that
Had been preparing me for this moment.
Accepting and loving myself unconditionally in all
Expressions and emotions has been the greatest gift
From the greatest pain in my entire life.
I was building capacity to feel:
Anger
Frustration
Sadness
Grief
Despair
Just like the big waves in the ocean
As I navigated through all the ocean waves of those emotions,
They flowed to the next wave of emotions
Gratitude
Joy
Contentment
Love
When you do not resist your experience,
then you can breathe through it
Just like your breath
It comes and it goes - in, out
Just like the ocean waves,
They come and they go - in, out
Your emotions are designed to be felt
They come and they go
Resisting them is just like resisting your breath
Or the ocean waves.
You are resisting the natural flow of what is.
Your experience of what is has two options
Resist = suffer through it
Flow = liberate through it
After all, your last breath does not belong to you.
Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional.
Suffering = your heart is closed to receive
Your gifts
Your lessons
Your human experience
Your access to love
Love what is
Love your pain
Love yourself
As you learn to NAVIGATE as if
It is not wrong or right
But it is here to help you feel free
And closer to the LOVE that you are!
Ask yourself:
What parts of myself am I resisting to love?
Open your heart to embrace those parts
To receive your gifts.
Yes, it is going to hurt to feel those parts
But by doing so, you will be free to be you.
Your experience matters!
You matter!
Your pain matters!
Pain has a purpose for you!
My purpose has become more clear
And more evident. I help my clients do
Exactly that navigating through life while
Loving themselves.
Loving yourself as you are navigating your life
Is a powerful tool available to you at all times.
Because:
Love is forging!
Love is compassionate!
Love is accepting!
Love is powerful!
Love is the ESSENCE of who you are!
As you embody love within you,
You open your heart to be YOU!
The alchemy of being you consists of your
Navigation skills through life
And especially
The painful experiences in life.
Open your heart for life.
Life is a feeling!
Feeling life with the open heart is the only
Way to be a human in our human world
Of navigating through life.
I am a better coach for my clients because of
My own pain. Pain has a purpose!
It is not to put you down but help you
Realize how strong and powerful you are!
Love,
Coach Jewels
