I heard that quote for the first time when I studied yoga.

At that time, I heard the words but could not fully

Understand them but I kept following my path. 

Here is my understanding of our 

Spiritual Essence and Human journey.

There are many stages in life that lead us to our 

Divine (Soul) Essence of who we are meant to be.

In the expressions of the Divine Nature

The stages may look like this:

From a caterpillar to a butterfly

From an egg to a chicken

From an apple seed to an apple tree

There is a certain flow of creation and

Frequency between FROM ..and TO..

All of these stages from the Divine Creation 

of the Nature is a reflection of

a constant flow that we are all 

destined to experience.

As we flow through Our Divine stages

The prerequisite to the flow and our 

Spiritual growth is not

Resisting it but allowing it 

With compassionate love and acceptance,

While expanding and connecting with our 

Divine (Soul) Essence of who you are meant to be.

Our human staging is complex by our

Divine Creation.

As a human, we are complex and

multi-dimensional:

In our Essence (Spiritual Being),

We are limitless, boundless, timeless Beings

Founded on the principles of 

freedom, love and pure possibility!

We are Spirit, Mind and Body = Whole

What makes us different from other 

Creatures’ stages is our power of choice,

Which creates pure possibility, which by

Our Essence is who we are!

Choosing how you define your life experience

Either connects you to the to Essence of Who You are

And thriving in life or disconnects you from the 

Essence of Who You Are and leads you to more 

“suffering” in life. 

For example:

Your current stage is not defined by your age number

Your age number does not define you

But you define your age number! 

Your current debt number does not define you

But you define your current debt number.

Your current “failure” does not define you,

But you define your “failure”!

Your current love relationship does not define you,

But you define it!

It is an active part of co-creation while expanding

And growing as the Divine Creation was intending.

Exercising your power of choice is the

Essence of who you are: 

You are limitless, boundless, timeless Being

Founded on the principles of 

freedom, love and pure possibility!

Thank you, Divine Creation!

Knowing that, you can see that the Divine Creation

Wants you to recognize, accept and connect

To your amazingness!

Yes, you do not have to “earn” your worth!

You have to wake up to the Divine Essence of who

You already are - Pure Possibility!

As you step into your Divine Essence

And exercise your power of choice

And creation,

You grow,

You expand,

You connect to your Divine Essence,

You experience the Divine Co-Creation

You co-create yourself and your life

Honoring the Essence of who you are

As a Spiritual Being

While having human experience!

The power you possess to co-create yourself

And your life may feel scary.

But it is only scary if you think that you

Are separate and disconnected from

Your Wholeness and the Divine Creator!

As you recognize the Divine Essence of who

You are = You are NEVER ALONE!
