Desire for change in 2022?

At this time, many of my clients are contemplating some wellness and fitness related goals that will help them feel and look their best!

Are you contemplating your goals? Know that Your success is INEVITABLE!

At this time, I help my clients clarify their goals, which often leads to the concept of self-love! Can you relate?

Body love and physical goals do not have to be divided because they are parts of the same story.

I personally experienced the extremes on both sides.

It has been taking me some time to "come" home and embrace both worlds.

There is room for both - self-love and wanting more for myself.
Both speak the truth.
We can benefit from combining both.
We can maximize our results and maintain them long-term when we approach our

goal achieving process from a place of love and appreciation.

I believe that:

- "Feeling Well" is not determined by a size or number on the scale;
- Happiness is a way of being and feeling nourished;
- Your self-worth is something you were born with. You do not have to earn it by looking skinner or thinner;
- Confidence is how you feel and it is reflected in how you look;
- Love for yourself is available and it is a long-lasting relationship.

I also believe:
- It is ok to have a desire to look better, get stronger and become a better, stronger and healthier version of yourself;
- If you want to make a change, DO IT and enjoy who you are becoming because of this process;
- If you want a stronger body, work for it and your future self will thank you when you will be picking up your grandkids

or getting on the floor to play with them;

- If you want to lose fat, you can totally do it but choose the approach that helps you come from the place

of love feeling nourished instead of being shamed and restricted;

Your past does not have to define your future!
Yes, you can create changes AT ANY AGE!

Know that YOUR SUCCESS IS INEVITABLE! Are you are willing to create changes in how you think, behave and act as you are becoming a better, stronger and healthier version of yourself.

The only warning I want to give you is that you cannot create sustainable results over time if the only strategy you employ is restricting, eliminating and white-knuckling for a short period of time as your choice of diet may suggest. I know you have done that before!

YOUR SUCCESS IS INEVITABLE AT ANY AGE!
