How do I overcome grief?

It is the wrong question to ask.

You do not overcome grief!

You feel grief because

You care and love that person.

Imagine that Love is the ocean

And all the human emotions

are the waves of the ocean and

When you allow all the waves

Of emotions be as they are,

They naturally flow with and

Through the ocean of Love!

The frequency of Love is capable

To hold it all the waves.

What hurts is not a feeling of the grief

But resistance to feeling the grief.

When you resist, you close your heart

To “protect” your heart from hurting.

But, actually, you hurt even more

By not allowing your ocean of Love to

Expand its capacity to hold more Love in

Your heart.

When you allow yourself to feel the grief,

you express Love.

When you allow yourself to feel the grief,

You surrender to a deeper realization that
Life is precious and

Your last breath does not belong to you.

Trust your breathing! It is Love!

What feeling the grief taught me is that

Surrendering to the natural flow of the waves

With Love is the only way to get back

To living with an open heart that Feels,

Heals and Loves.

Thank you, Mama for giving me a gift

Of loving you and grieving about you with

Love, kindness and compassion.

I never lost you!

My feeling the grief for you always

Reminds me of my Love for you and

Shared days and moments together.

I cherish my breath one at a time

Surrendering to each moment and

Each ocean wave at a time.

I grieve because I love!

I grieve because I care!

I grieve because I trust!

My body is the ocean of love.

Somatics is the language of love

That talks through the body

That I learn to trust!

I learn the language of love
- ALLOW what is already
there in your body to be felt!

In Love,

Jewels
