Are you in flow or in friction as you

How do you know?
Feel it in your body!

Do you feel constriction or expansion?

Neither one is wrong or right!
One helps you breathe more fully as you
are creating your success!
The other constricts your breath flow
and stifles your brain’s ability to see possibilities!

Are you giving yourself grace and compassion
as you are experiencing challenges in life (friction)?

When we judge the current situation,
ourselves and "why it is happening to me?"
We get stuck in the resistance loop.
Notice your narrative.

Eckhart Tolle said it best:
"Most people treat the present moment
as if it were an obstacle that they need
to overcome. Since the present moment
is life itself, it is an insane way to live."

As you ALLOW Grace and COMPASSION,

CREATE AN EMPOWERING CHOICE
BY ASKING:

"Help me see this differently?"

When I feel hurt.
"Help me see this differently?"

When I feel stuck.
"Help me see this differently?"

When I feel overwhelmed.
"Help me see this differently?"

When things are not "working".
"Help me see this differently?"
