You are learning and applying something new that will eventually becomes your lifestyle habit, I hope! Are you here from the long-term journey?

What if feeling overwhelmed is a choice?
You are in charge of making a choice that can align you with your goals!!!! Feeling empowered yet?

YOU ARE IN CHARGE!!!!!

Here are a few questions to ponder:

Are you taking progressive steps starting at a smaller weight? 
Are you jumping to too much too soon?
Are you noticing your tendency of all or nothing mindset that keeps you spinning the wheels and prevents you from moving forward?
Are you feeling frustrated because you are not perfect right at the start of your learning journey? Story of my life.

WHAT IF THERE IS ANOTHER WAY?

Notice your tendencies - awareness is the first step to change
"Shrink" your change (learning curve) into more manageable steps -start with a "small weight" and progress to more complex as your body responds to the new input "
Allow yourself another way from "all or nothing" mindset. You may have to tap into a more creative part of yourself that help you brainstorm other options. How would you feel knowing that there are many options available to help you stay on track? Empowered?
Watch your internal dialogue! Self-compassion and not self-criticism that will help you stay accountable aligning your thoughts and actions in the process of creating long-lasting changes and results.
Acquiring new habits TAKES TIME! IT IS NORMAL!!!!!! IT IS NOT SLOW - IT IS PROGRESSIVE. A little bit at a time and being CONSISTENT will get you to your FIT & HEALTHY VERSION.
