someone says!!!!

NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU FEEL THE WAY YOU

FEEL WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!

In other words, you have an AWESOME CHOICE TO FEEL AWESOME and let other people CHOOSE how they want to feel!!!!

When you know that power to choose how you feel belongs to you and ONLY YOU, how does it feel in your body?

Pause here for the moment and experience the sensation of power in your body!

Are you feeling empowered?

Are you feeling excited to exercise your power of choice?

Are you feeling empowered to choose YOUR AWESOMENESS over holiday drama?

Are you choosing to let other people think, feel and experience what they choose?

I will send you a more practical tip on how to use your power of choice to generate your desired feelings tomorrow but today, I would love for you to practice this:

  1. Be aware how you feel throughout the day and who or what you blame for your feeling that way. You may experience feeling angry, disappointed, upset, frustrated, overwhelmed or uneasy. That will be your moment to assess and notice!

  2. Practice feeling the feelings and become friends with your “outside of you” triggers! Know them and know that they are not responsible for how you feel!
